Choosing Your Wig
8 questionsA lace front wig has a sheer lace panel along the front hairline only, giving you a natural-looking edge while the rest of the cap is a standard weft construction. It is the most popular choice for everyday wear.
A full lace wig has lace across the entire cap, allowing you to part the hair anywhere and wear it in high ponytails or updos. It requires more care but offers the most styling versatility.
A closure wig uses a 4x4 or 5x5 lace closure at the top center. It is the most beginner-friendly option, protects your natural edges, and requires no leave-out hair.
Use a soft measuring tape and wrap it around your head just above your ears and across the mid-forehead — right where the wig sits. The average head circumference is 21.5 to 22.5 inches.
- Small cap: under 21.5 inches
- Medium cap: 21.5 – 22.5 inches (fits most)
- Large cap: 22.5 inches and above
If you are between sizes, most caps have adjustable straps at the nape — medium with adjustable straps fits the majority of our customers.
Density refers to how much hair is on the cap. For a realistic, natural finish, we recommend 150% density. This is full enough to look beautiful without appearing heavy or overdone.
- 130%: light, fine, very natural
- 150%: full and natural — our most popular
- 180%: thick, glamorous, great for events
- 200%+: very full, bold and dramatic
Raw hair is collected from a single donor, has never been chemically processed, and all cuticles run in the same direction. It is the highest quality available — it can be bleached, colored, and styled repeatedly.
Virgin hair is unprocessed and cuticle-aligned but may come from multiple donors. It is excellent quality and a great choice for most styles.
Remy hair has cuticles aligned in the same direction, reducing tangling and shedding, but may have undergone some light processing. It is still high quality and widely used.
Yes — our raw and virgin hair wigs can be colored, highlighted, and toned just like natural hair growing from your scalp. We always recommend having this done by a professional colorist to protect the hair quality and your investment.
Please note that coloring or chemically processing a wig voids the return eligibility, as it constitutes a modification to the product.
With proper care, a high-quality raw or virgin hair wig from Anna's Luxe Studio can last 2 to 4 years or longer. The key factors are how often it is worn, how it is washed, and how it is stored.
- Wash every 7 to 10 wears with a sulfate-free shampoo
- Deep condition regularly to maintain softness
- Air dry whenever possible — minimize heat
- Store on a wig stand away from direct sunlight
We carry a wide range of textures including straight, body wave, loose wave, deep wave, water wave, kinky curly, and bounce curl styles.
For first-time wig wearers, we recommend body wave or straight units. They are easy to style, hold up well across washes, and work for both casual and formal occasions. Curly textures are beautiful but require more moisture and maintenance to keep their pattern.

7 questionsBrowse our shop, select the wig you love, choose your preferred length and any customization options, then add it to your cart. Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping address and payment details, and place your order. You will receive a confirmation email immediately.

Yes. Our website uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all pages. We do not store your card details — all payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. Your personal and financial information is never shared with third parties.
Yes — we ship to all 50 states from our location in Greenbelt, Maryland. Standard shipping takes 3 to 5 business days. Express 1 to 2 business day shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.
Free standard shipping is included on all orders over $75.
We process orders quickly, so modifications or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Contact us immediately via email or our contact page with your order number and requested change. Once an order has been picked and packed, we are unable to make modifications.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website (UPS, USPS, or FedEx) to follow your package in real time. If you do not receive a tracking email within 2 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Yes — local pickup is available for customers in the Greenbelt, Maryland area. Select the local pickup option at checkout, and we will contact you with pickup details and available times once your order is ready. This is a great way to see the wig in person before taking it home.
Store Policies
7 questionsWe accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and in original, unaltered condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Free from styling products, odors, or any signs of wear
To start a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a shipping label where applicable.
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Wigs that have been worn, washed, or styled
- Wigs that have been cut, colored, or chemically treated
- Custom or made-to-order units
- Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please allow an additional 3 to 5 days for your bank or card provider to process the credit.
We are very sorry if this happens. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no need to return the damaged item.
Yes — if you would like a different length, texture, or style, we are happy to process an exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets our return condition requirements. The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item and place a new order. Contact us and we will guide you through the process.
We collect only the information needed to process and deliver your order. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. All data is stored securely and you may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us. See our full Privacy Policy for details.
Yes — we work with salon owners, stylists, and authorized resellers. If you are interested in wholesale pricing or a business account, please contact us directly with your business name, location, and estimated monthly volume and we will send you our wholesale information.
