Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During sales, holidays, launches, or high-order periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping & Delivery
Anna’s Luxe Studio ships throughout the United States from Greenbelt, Maryland.
- Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier.
- Shipping delays caused by weather, carriers, or holidays are outside of our control.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address during checkout.
Anna’s Luxe Studio is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping fees caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, delivery becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
If your package appears delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly first. We will still do our best to assist where possible.
Signature Confirmation
Some higher-value orders may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.
If signature delivery is required, someone must be available to receive the package at the delivery address.

Packaging
Orders are packaged carefully to help protect your wig during transit.
We may use discreet packaging depending on the order type and shipping method.
