Return Policy

We want every customer to feel confident when shopping with Anna’s Luxe Studio. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of wigs and hair products, all sales are final once an order has been processed or shipped.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on wigs that have been worn, tried on, brushed, combed, altered, cut, colored, washed, styled, or removed from their original condition.

Eligible Return Situations

A return or replacement may only be considered if:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • Your order arrived damaged.
  • There is a clear issue with the product that was reported before use.
Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the item, packaging, and order details.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Wigs that have been worn or tried on.
  • Wigs that have been cut, colored, washed, styled, or altered.
  • Items with lace cut or adjusted.
  • Products without original packaging.
  • Custom orders, sale items, and discounted items.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before processing begins. Once your order has been processed, prepared, or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a return is approved, the customer may be responsible for return shipping unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
